Jacksonville Bridge Death Suspect Pleads Not Guilty
The woman who allegedly caused an accident which sent a 41 year old mother of 2′s car plummeting off the Buchman Bridge leading to her death plead not guilty to DUI manslaughter yesterday 3-29-10.
Not only is the suspect charged with DUI manslaughter, but leaving the scene of an accident. Because of this she faces up to 30 years in prison opposed to 15.
