FL DUI Suspect Passes Sobriety Tests With Flying Colors
Wow! I hate to admit it, but I can’t even do that sober. However, I would know not to admit being drunk after all that.
The lesson learned here is that you should never admit your guilt when suspected of DUI in Jacksonville or anywhere in Florida unless, of course, you want to be arrested and make avoiding a conviction much more difficult (yet not impossible). Not that I condone drinking and driving, but the best thing to in a situation like this is keep your mouth shut and get on the phone with a Jacksonville DUI attorney ASAP.
